Matrix invites Year 11 & 12 students to attend our second UMAT Seminar for FREE on Saturday, 27 March 2010.
Presented by current medical school students. Don’t miss out on the secrets to acing the UMAT and how to get into the medical school of your choice. Spaces are limited to 60 attendees only.
Medicine is a dynamic, challenging and rewarding career, and school leavers interested in completing an undergraduate medical degree must undertake an integrated entry program. For a significant number of high-school students, this entry program is a largely unclear process, and as a result these students are often underprepared or caught unawares. This talk will address your questions on what achieving a place in a medical school entails, and help students’ understanding of what a medical degree involves. Delivered by a Matrix Tutor Team Leader and current third-year UNSW medical student, this one hour seminar will cater to aim to give students a head start as well as help define goals so as to best place them in their attempt to enter their desired medical school.
